TexProve Privacy Notice

TexProve stores account, organization, product, purchase-order, supply-chain, declaration, evidence and audit data to provide the service. Access is limited by workspace and role. Submitted and published records may be retained as immutable evidence. Do not enter personal or confidential data in free-text fields unless it is necessary and authorized. Operational security and audit logs are processed separately from optional public-passport analytics.

This notice explains data processing; reading it does not enable optional analytics.
